Sydney Sweeney is currently the sexiest woman in the world according to the “Rule of 3 for the perfect attitude”. She almost had a breast reduction in high school and withdrew. Plastic surgeon Dr. Gillard claims it’s good she didn’t and explains what exactly makes her the scientifically perfect woman

The star of the series “Euphoria” and “The White Lotus” and the movie “Madame Web”, Sidney Sweeney, said in the past that she almost had breast reduction surgery in high school but gave up the pleasure at the moment of truth. It’s good that she did so, because it was her physical data that gave her – with the approval of science – the title of “the most beautiful woman in the world” who meets the “rule of 3 for the perfect attitude”. We will explain what this means shortly.
The 25-year-old star who demonstrated a high work ethic and even convinced her parents to move to Los Angeles when she was only 14 while presenting a 5-year business plan, starred in several series such as “90210”, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “The Handmaid’s Tale” , before her big break came in 2019 when she starred in the HBO series Euphoria, where she played the mischievous Cassie. Some of you also remember her from the first season of “The White Lotus” (for both of which she received two nominations for the Emmy Award in 2022). This month also sees the release of a new horror film starring him, Immaculate. Her name made headlines recently also thanks to the rumors of the affair with the American actor Glenn Powell, which the two denied. She is actually engaged to Jonathan Davino, with whom she has been dating since 2018.
Besides the fact that she oozes talent, personality and confidence, she is also considered one of the most beautiful and sexiest women in the world. Now it turns out that there is a scientific reason for this. According to plastic surgeon, Dr. Honor Gillard, this is due to the “golden ratio” of Sydney’s proportions and physical features. Dr. Gillard told the SUN: “Sydney Sweeney’s beauty lies in the fact that her features are symmetrical with perfect harmony and proportion. The ideal facial proportions These are often referred to as the ‘golden ratio.’

Dr. Gillard examined Sidney’s facial features and notes that there are several “rules of proportion” when it comes to size and shape – and the actress meets almost all the requirements for creating “classic beauty.” Dr. Gillard explains: “In addition to the general harmony of the face, individual features have relationships and their own specific dimensions that contribute to the degree of attractiveness. Rule 3 dictates that the length of the forehead should match the length of the nose, which in turn should be equal to the distance between the bottom of the nose and the chin. For example, an attractive female nose, viewed from the side, should have a gentle curve. Its projection (the amount which protrudes from the face) should be about two-thirds of its length, and the angle between the nose and the lip should fall between 95-100 degrees. When viewed from the front, the width of the nose should be equal to the distance between the inner aspects of the eyes, and the tip of the nose should be one-third of the total width of the nose.”
In addition, ideal lip dimensions are 1.6 times the width of the nose and a ratio between the vertical height of the upper lip and the lower lip of 1:1.6. Dr. Gillard adds: “The ideal chin position is considered to be about 1 mm behind a vertical line that falls from the upper lip. Finally, high and well-defined cheekbones are a significant indicator of female beauty. When Sydney Sweeney’s face is dissected, almost every feature of her face sticks out in the golden ratio described above – and that is why it is called ‘classical beauty’.”
In the past, Sydney said that people who didn’t know her had a misconception about her: “They thought I was a dumb blonde with big breasts,” she told Glamour, “I used to feel uncomfortable about the size of my breasts and I used to say that when I turned 18 I would have a breast reduction. My mom told me : ‘Don’t do it. You’ll regret it in college’ and I’m so glad I didn’t do it. I love them. They’re my best friends.”
